I purchased a new Jetta in March. Generally loved the sales experience and the car. But what pushed me to write a review was Justin on their service department. I had a strange glitch. Justin went way over and above to explain things clearly and transparently, even advocating for me with VW in the midst of initial confusion.

Today I was able to pick up my Alfa Romeo from the team at Autohaus! I drove a hair over 5 hours to get a car sight unseen and cannot stress how amazingly Chuck (sales) described the car and photo’d it for me prior to! Overall a great experience at a car dealership. Courtney was so helpful and easy to work with. She put in the extra effort to find the exact specifications we were looking for and had an employee drive my new car down from NJ. Not once did we think she was pushy or rude. She even cleaned my license plate before she put it on my new car.

They are quick and understanding. Never take a long time and customer service is always on point with the service side of things.

Just leased our third VW from Autohaus Lancaster. We had an amazing experience once again working with Steven Laporte. I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from AutoHaus of Lancaster. Chuck, from start to finish was one of the easiest, down to earth car salesmen I've ever met. I took my 2016 Ford Flex to get bumper repaired/replaced on Monday 2/12/24. I dropped it off since it was 5pm and Scott was Amazing from start to finish and Todd was also helpful. Because my car is discontinued it took a little while to get parts and once everything came in my car was ready for pick up Thursday Feb 22 2024. The BEST experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Courtney and her team were amazing. I'm about an hour away and when I arrived, the car was waiting and warmed up. FANTASTIC!! Definitely one of the easiest card buying experiences I’ve ever had. My salesman Chuck was terrific. I drove three hours because this dealership had the vehicle I was looking for. Everything went better than expected. There was no sneaky up charges and no heavy sales pitches. The dealership could not have been more accommodating. A few days after purchasing the vehicle I had a minor issue and I called my salesman Chuck in within hours he and his manager resolved my issues. Class act 100%.

Everything you are doing is right. Tight scheduling is somewhat of a problem but the service department is doing the best they can.

We had a great experience with Barbara Auker as our sales rep. The car we bought was certified pre-owned, and the dealership did a great job with tune ups and replacing parts, making sure the car was in (almost) perfect shape. Only two complaints. Firstly, when I asked if the car had any aftermarket parts, I was told no. But the front bumper turned out to be, which caused slight inconvenience installing a front tag. Second, the new tires the dealership put on are extremely cheap and low quality. They do not keep traction when taking turns at speed. Other ...

Service seemed fine...but couldn't access the bldg when I arrived to pick up my car. No directionals to indicate the use of another entrance. Frustrating.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had. Drove over three hours to buy a car I saw online. Had pretty much done the deal before I went out there. Highest offer from anyone on my trade, very nice sales people, I dealt with Chuck. Spotless clean operation, no hidden fees or shenanigans. Highly recommend.

VW Autohaus did what was necessary to ensure our car was 100% fixed. We had a number of different issues come up following service and they were responsive to ensure everything was corrected although requiring multiple trips back to the dealership.

I just purchased a '21 Macan GTS and James made my long distance purchase a fantastic experience. No pushy or condescending sales tactics. He gave straight forward answers which came naturally as a Macan owner himself. Dealing with Ian in F&I was great also. He presented all of the add on protection they offered but no hard selling just straight forward answers like James. This was my first Porsche. I flew up in am and was on my way around lunch and home by six almost 400 miles later. Great riding and got 27MPG on the return trip.

The service writer is very nice and polite. The car was two hours getting inspection and recall for tire pressure system. I believe a computer update. I waited for the car and was frustrated by the time the service took. I would have let that pass, however my wife’s car , Goof R, low pressure warming light came on. It was the afternoon of the service. She came home and I checked the tire pressure . They were all correct 40lb. +/- 1 lb. In my mind he service was not done correctly. I always use Autohaus service.
